Health coverage built around your needs.
We help Nevada 1099 workers, freelancers, individuals, families, and eligible small businesses compare available health insurance options. We can compare premiums, benefits, provider networks, deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, and other plan features to help you evaluate available coverage.
Health plan availability, premiums, benefits, provider networks, eligibility, exclusions, and limitations vary by plan and carrier. Any premium or savings comparison is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
What you get
Provider Network Check
Before enrollment, we help check whether your preferred doctors, specialists, and hospitals are listed in the plan's current provider network. Provider participation can change, so you should also confirm network status with both the insurance carrier and provider before receiving services.
Compare Available Coverage Options
We can help compare available individual health plans, ACA Marketplace options, and, when appropriate, short-term medical coverage. Each type of coverage has different eligibility requirements, benefits, exclusions, provider networks, and limitations.
Small Business Group Plans
For eligible Nevada small employers, we can compare available group medical, dental, and vision options. Employer eligibility, employee participation requirements, benefits, premiums, and plan availability vary by carrier and plan.
Marketplace Savings Check
We can help estimate whether you may qualify for Marketplace premium tax credits or other available savings based on the information you provide. Final eligibility and amounts are determined through the applicable Marketplace.

Common questions
Do you charge a fee?
Marino Financial does not charge consumers a separate fee for insurance enrollment. If you enroll in a plan through us, Marino Financial or the licensed insurance producer may receive compensation from the insurance carrier. Compensation varies by carrier and product.
Can I enroll outside of open enrollment?
ACA Marketplace enrollment outside the annual Open Enrollment Period generally requires eligibility for a Special Enrollment Period, which may result from certain qualifying life events such as loss of qualifying coverage, marriage, birth or adoption, or certain changes in residence. Short-term medical coverage may be available outside the ACA Open Enrollment Period, subject to underwriting, eligibility, Nevada law, and carrier availability. In Nevada, short-term health insurance is temporary and generally nonrenewable, with coverage limited under applicable Nevada rules. Short-term medical insurance may exclude preexisting conditions and may provide more limited benefits than ACA-compliant major medical coverage.
Do you help with claims problems?
Yes. We can help you contact the insurance carrier, understand available information, and navigate the carrier's claims or appeal process. Claim and appeal decisions are made by the insurance carrier according to the terms of the applicable policy and applicable law, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.
